West Hills Band & Orchestra Festival
Times for the festival are:
Orchestra - Warm-up: 3:30pm, Performance: 4:00pm, Sight Read: 4:30pm
Concert Band - Warm-up: 5:30pm, Performance: 6:00pm. Sight Reading: 6:30pm
Symphonic Band - Warm-up: 7:30pm, Performance: 8:00pm, Sight Reading: 8:30pm
We have bus transportation for Orchestra and Concert band to West Hills High School (but not back to Valhalla). Students will need to be picked up after their performance at West Hills High School (not Valhalla). Parent chaperones will be needed for the bus trip there and they will need to plan for a ride back as do the students.
Symphonic Band will need to carpool to West Hills High School. Call time for Symphonic Band students to be at West Hills High School is 7:00pm in the foyer of the theater.
All parents are invited to come and see/listen to their son/daughter perform on Tuesday, March 23rd. There is no admission charge to listen. We play better with a friendly audience so put the date aside and come on by support your child.
Remember, all students will need to be picked up at West Hills HS after their performance!
