Marching Band

Description

The Norsemen Marching Band performs at all half-time shows and many competitive events during the fall season such as field show tournaments and parades around the county. This group is training for the pageantry and precision expected of this top marching unit. The Marching Band includes members from the Symphonic, Concert and Cadet Bands as well as the Color Guard and Percussion Ensemble.

Uniform Information

Students should remember the following items for EVERY competition to in order to complete their uniforms for Marching Band:

Black socks
Uniform dinkles and rag to dust shoes
Clean white gloves
Hair tucked up and ready to put into hat. No hair can touch collars of jackets. Use headbands, pull ties, or get it cut.
Clean faces and necks, no make-up (excluding Color Guard)
No visible jewelry
No fingernail polish
Travel uniform (black pants, orange norsemen shirt)
Jacket for evening
